FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Who is eligible to apply?
Our program is designed for business owners or/and co-founders (regardless of the form of ownership of the legal entity), as well as C-level teams (Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Marketing Director, etc.)
How will the selection process take place?
We receive applications via the guaana service. Independent experts from the Ukrainian Hub and the CRDF Global will work on the evaluation of application forms. The decision on the invitation to participate in the business camp will be taken based on a total score of 5-7 experts.
What is the flow of the training?
We are planning a hybrid-learning mode – a combination of offline and online programs to choose from (within the location in Kyiv + online through the Zoom platform). Experts and mentors will be both on-site and online. All lectures and workshops will be broadcasted on Zoom and Youtube.
We are constantly monitoring the situation to inform our experts and participants promptly about possible changes due to epidemiological circumstances.
We are considering the option of conducting a business camp fully online using the Zoom/Slack platforms as well.
If you want to take part in the offline format in Kyiv, please, plan your travel and accommodation costs at your own expense.
What is the venue for the business training camp?
We plan to hold a business camp in the capital space for IT events InnoHub. Due to the current restrictions on adaptive quarantine for training, all requirements of the Kyiv City Council and the rules for preventing the spread of COVID19 will be followed. We have limited the number of participants and according to the requirements of the Ministry of Health (5 m² per 1 participant for the social distance) in the room where the camp will take place, there will be 40-50 participants and event organizers.
What is the nourishment within the project?
We will provide coffee breaks at the venue with water, tea, coffee, snacks, fruits, cookies.
In a walking distance of the location are catering establishments for the lunch breaks. The cost of food is covered by the participants themselves.
